This project documents caregivers and their supportive employers through workplace portraits and narratives developed from in-depth conversations.
CHALLENGE: To present caregivers’ stories and employers’ perspectives within workplace contexts, making complex experiences clear and structured.
DESIGN CONCEPT: Black-and-white workplace portraits establish a neutral visual ground for caregivers and employers alike. Each story is presented as a full-page narrative, pairing image and text to support sustained reading and understanding. A restrained editorial layout prioritizes clarity and pacing, creating space for reflection.
